Dear Guests, We are so sorry for the too harsh working environment at Tokyo Comic Con 2023.
We wish we could have interacted with all of you in more relaxed environment.
Thanks to your top-notch fan service, we were able to create wonderful memories despite the hectic, hurried, conveyor belt-style photo op and autograph session.
However, we are determined to put pressure on Tokyo Comic-con organizers to improve the working environment for the guests so that all of you will come back to Japan again and have better experience.

趣旨
東京コミコン2023でのゲストの労働環境は過酷でした。
キャパシティを大きく超える撮影・サインチケットを販売した結果、休む間もなく働いて更にほぼ全てのターンで予定時間を超過。
撮影会では10秒ごとに撮影用のポーズを撮り、その合間の数秒で母語の異なる参加者の意図を汲み、言葉を交わし、本当に1秒たりとも気が抜けない中で、約2時間を立ちっぱなしで撮影させられていました。
こんな過酷な労働でもゲストの皆様が最高のファンサービスをしてくれたのは、ひとえに、ファンの喜ぶ顔が見たかったからだと思います。
そんなゲストの皆様に心より感謝を伝えたいと思います。
